About

Stephanie Quayle is a Nashville recording artist who tours the world with her music and an entrepreneur with her own record label, Big Sky Music Group. Rolling Stone Country called her “an artist you need to know,” CMT named her as part of its “Next Women of Country” franchise, and she’s appeared on popular programs like The Kelly Clarkson Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. As an indie artist with two Billboard charted singles, “Selfish” and “Whatcha Drinkin ’Bout,” she has repeatedly performed at CMA Fest and the Grand Ole Opry. The Montana native has teamed up with recognizable brands like Wrangler, Harley-Davidson, Bass Pro Shops, Montana Silversmiths, as well as Lucchese Bootmaker in the creation of her exclusive boot line. Quayle’s latest album On the Edge chronicles her personal experience in a toxic relationship and the healing she’s gone through since—inspiring others and redefining her future.

It is with great honor, joy, and a healthy dose of nerves that Stephanie shares with you her debut book, Why Do We Stay?. It will be on shelves April 30, 2024 and is available for preorder now online everywhere books are sold.

Why Do We Stay? is a continuation of the story she shared publicly for the first time on her album On the Edge, and with some additional insights from my friend W. Keith Campbell, PHD, they explore how to spot a toxic relationship, how to get out, and how to heal.

Today, Stephanie Quayle is premiering the music video for her current single "Whatcha Drinkin 'Bout." The vibrant video was directed by Ford Fairchild, and shows Quayle playing the role of bartender, interacting with the patrons as they each reveal the reasons they showed up to the bar.

"Making the 'Whatcha Drinkin 'Bout' video was the most fun I’ve ever had on set," shares Quayle. "We sprinkled all kinds of Easter eggs throughout it — nods to each song on the new EP and some Flock of Quayle shout outs! My husband even plays my on screen cowboy...(and off)! I love all the characters and I think we can all find ourselves in each of them. We’re all drinkin' 'bout something!"

Quayle filmed the music video for her latest single “Whatcha Drinkin’ ‘Bout” at Big Cypress Lodge inside Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid. She has partnered with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s as an ambassador for the iconic outdoor brands. Rising Country music artist Stephanie Quayle is partnering with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s as an ambassador for the iconic outdoor brands. As an ambassador, Quayle will showcase products, create original content and perform at outdoor and conservation-related events. Quayle, who kicked off the partnership last month with a performance at the outdoor retailers’ Flocktoberfest event in Memphis, TN, also filmed the music video for her latest single “Whatcha Drinkin’ ‘Bout” at Big Cypress Lodge inside Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid. The clip, which will premiere November 20th, also features an exclusive making-of-the-video sneak peek available now on Bass Pro Shops social channels.

"Growing up on our ranch in Montana, I spent most of my life outdoors-- from the daily chores with our bison and cattle, to taking the horses on pack trips, to fishing in the streams on our land,” says Quayle. She continues, “Through my music career I have been able to incorporate my love of the outdoors on tour and everywhere I go, both on and off the stage. That’s why, when I met Johnny Morris and learned about his story (from the first lure to now), extraordinary wildlife conservation, and his love of people, I became even more passionate about the Bass Pro Shops brand. I am excited for the opportunity to bring my music, western lifestyle, and outdoors ways to the Bass Pro Family."

Quayle’s partnership with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s makes her the first female Country music artist ambassador for North America’s premier outdoor and conservation company.

Quayle is also teaming with Bass Pro Shops for additional performances, sweepstakes and product endorsements through 2020.
