About

Stephanie Quayle is a Nashville recording artist who tours the world with her music and an entrepreneur with her own record label, Big Sky Music Group. Rolling Stone Country called her “an artist you need to know,” CMT named her as part of its “Next Women of Country” franchise, and she’s appeared on popular programs like The Kelly Clarkson Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. As an indie artist with two Billboard charted singles, “Selfish” and “Whatcha Drinkin ’Bout,” she has repeatedly performed at CMA Fest and the Grand Ole Opry. The Montana native has teamed up with recognizable brands like Wrangler, Harley-Davidson, Bass Pro Shops, Montana Silversmiths, as well as Lucchese Bootmaker in the creation of her exclusive boot line. Quayle’s latest album On the Edge chronicles her personal experience in a toxic relationship and the healing she’s gone through since—inspiring others and redefining her future.

It is with great honor, joy, and a healthy dose of nerves that Stephanie shares with you her debut book, Why Do We Stay?. It will be on shelves April 30, 2024 and is available for preorder now online everywhere books are sold.

Why Do We Stay? is a continuation of the story she shared publicly for the first time on her album On the Edge, and with some additional insights from my friend W. Keith Campbell, PHD, they explore how to spot a toxic relationship, how to get out, and how to heal.

Submitted videos will have the chance to be featured in the official "We Buy Gold" music video.

"I am so excited to include so many different couples in the ‘We Buy Gold’ music video,” says Quayle. “The ‘name change’ is such a big part of the wedding process and when I got married, I was all about the romantic sentiment, but that all came to a screeching halt when I started looking at ALL OF THE THINGS I needed to do to make it happen. I immediately thought of HitchSwitch for this video because they were a game changer for me, and I’m so passionate about sharing my story to help others too!"

"At HitchSwitch we are excited to partner with Stephanie who has released such an uplifting song after an unprecedented 2020. While the pandemic has taken so much from so many, it has not taken away people's ability to find love. The fact that the music video is going to be composed of ‘real’ couples sharing their most intimate moments, proves love is eternal no matter the circumstance. At HitchSwitch, we are excited for the brighter days ahead where, 'We buy gold, Carve our names into the band, Say a vow, say a prayer Slip it on each other's hand'," says Jake Wolff, Founder & CEO of HitchSwitch.

The winner of the Hitchswitch Premium Package will receive printed name change applications that have been auto-filled with their basic information, a set of corresponding instructions that will explain how to submit each application, and pre-paid envelopes for any steps that can be submitted through the mail. Platinum clients also receive a dedicated account manager and a free passport photo which will be redeemed through the Hitchswitch sister site NewPassportPhoto.com.

Enter for a chance to win the “We Buy Gold Powered by Hitchswitch” Premium Package and be featured in the official “We Buy Gold” music video here.

Campaign entry is valid thru Saturday, July 14th

"We Buy Gold" is Stephanie's third release in 2021 and rounds out a collection of songs that explore finding love and the journey that follows. The track, written by Park Chisolm, Anna Vaus, and Mark Irwin, and produced by Alex Kline, is a testament to how even though the world could be falling down around us and there are a million reasons to travel through life alone, we still long for that connection that we can carry with us for a lifetime.

Stephanie’s releases from earlier this year, "By Heart" and "Wild Frontier," beautifully offer the pre-text to “We Buy Gold” and tell a story seemingly pulled from Stephanie's own life and romance with her husband.

Stay tuned for even more new music from Stephanie this year!

BOZEMAN NATIVE USES NASHVILLE SUCCESS AS PLATFORM TO BENEFIT HUMAN TRAFFICKING SURVIVORS
Read More

Country Billboard-charting artist Stephanie Quayle is returning to her home state of Montana, and raising funds for a new safe house for human trafficking victims.

Quayle is releasing new music this year and about to start touring again. The Bozeman native has been recording in Nashville for 10 years and has performed at the Grand Ole Opry eight times.

On June 11, she'll be preforming to raise money for a new safe house the Lifeguard Group is building at an undisclosed location in the Bitterroot Valley, for victims getting out of the world of human trafficking.

"This is happening in our home state of Montana," Quayle said. "I'm a Montanan; born and raised. This is about all of our kids and having that awareness to keep our eyes and ears open. Lowell touches on so many things; not just the safe house, but helping missing persons and missing kids; being an active member of our community that is so extensive."

The Lifeguard Group nonprofit is halfway to its goal and hopes to open 15 beds in September.

"Victims don't leave the life of human trafficking because they have nowhere else to go," Lowell Hochhalter of the Lifeguard Group said. "Survivors who have walked out of the life and come back in have had nowhere to go. They say they were looking for ways to get out but there was nothing for them. They said, 'There was no therapy. There was no counselling. There was no safe place for us to go.'"

The group says more than 2 million victims are forced into a life of sex and labor trafficking across the country.

"Our doors will be open to any and all," Hochhalter said. "To be honest with you Heidi, if we were to open right now, we would be full. As soon as the word went out that we had purchased the property, the calls started coming in from as far away as Key West, Florida and California for placement. We have enough here in Montana, a survivor group we work with, We could be full with just Montana women tomorrow."

Quayle will perform to a group of 250 ticketholders at the "Taste of Freedom" event.

"One of the songs I love to play, because it's such a song of perseverance, is called Evel Knievel," Quayle said. "Obviously, he was from Butte, Montana. That song has done a lot of hearts a lot of good. I was one of the writers on it. Of course I'll play Whatcha Drinkin 'Bout and Selfish. Those are my two songs that went up the country billboard charts."

The Taste of Freedom fundraiser takes place Friday, June 11 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 2036 US Highway 93 in Victor, at Montana Custom Log Homes. The group is selling 250 tickets. 50 will be VIP tickets that will include a visit with Quayle. To purchase tickets visit the Lifeguard Group on Facebook.

TASTE OF COUNTRY : STEPHANIE QUAYLE 'WILD FRONTIER' VIDEO HONORS WOMEN OF THE WEST [EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE]

Stephanie Quayle is taking her storytelling to new levels with a new music video and Instagram series. The just-released "Wild Frontier: Women of the West" music video — premiering exclusively on Taste of Country — offers evidence of the singer's bold thesis statement.

"If you ask me, the women of the West is how the West was won," Quayle says ahead of her new video's release. Throughout the clip you'll find the Montana native singing her new song between scenes of rodeo queens, entrepreneurs and athletes doing what they do to inspire the next generation.

"This concept video for 'Wild Frontier' is all about sharing their legacies and continuing the message of the cowgirl heart — it’s not about fitting in, it’s about breaking the mold," Quayle says.

Among the featured "women of the West" are Catie Kershner of Kershner Custom Silver, a Cowgirl Magazine 30 Under 30 honoree, and Ja'Dayia Kursh, Miss Rodeo Coal Hill, Ark., who became the first Black rodeo queen in her state.

"The best way to share our message forward is to watch cowgirls ‘do,’" Quayle says, continuing, "and for young girls to look up to them and know that this wild frontier is ours for the taking — to create, respect and push ourselves without limits.”

"Wild Frontier" is Quayle's most recent release on Big Sky Music Group. The song — available on digital streaming platforms now — follows popular titles including "Selfish" and "Drinking With Dolly."
